CLIENT RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE/TELLECALLER
Candidates should have the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer needs and requirements & Ability to explain and convince customer over calls.
• Having strong follow up with existing data and maintaining Daily MIS and database
• Conversion leads to site visits and bookings.
• Able to professionally close all leads by tele-calling, generating walk-ins, arranging site visits, understanding the finances of the client and helping them in post-sales processes as well.
• Candidates having experience in Tele calling with real estate Industry Knowledge are preferred
